Easy Cilantro Lime Coleslaw

The perfect coleslaw to pair with homemade tacos!

  • 2 cups coleslaw (I used bagged slaw, but you can make your own with green and purple cabbage, and sliced carrots.)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro


  • In a small to medium sized bowl, combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, sour cream, rice vinegar, lime juice and cilantro to a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Refrigerate for roughly 1 hour before serving and enhance the flavors.
