2cupscoleslaw (I used bagged slaw, but you can make your own with green and purple cabbage, and sliced carrots.)
1/3cupmayonnaise
1/8cup sour cream
1tbsp rice vinegar
1/2lime, juiced
2tbspchopped cilantro
Instructions
In a small to medium sized bowl, combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, sour cream, rice vinegar, lime juice and cilantro to a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate for roughly 1 hour before serving and enhance the flavors.
